If you started an item, but haven't complete it, you can view it under your Learning In Progress.

How Do I Download A Completion Certificate?
If an item is complete, you can download a certificate under your Learning Completed. If the item is a Learning Plan, then you can download a certificate under your Learning Plans

I Can't Find My Online Course
Some online courses are comprised of Learning Plans. To view these courses, go to your Learning Plans.

I Can't Find My Purchased Items
If you have an active license for a product, you can launch it from its product page or from your Order History.

How Do I Track My CAHIMS and CPHIMS Credits?
Every learning item in the eLearning Academy is eligible for CAHIMS and CPHIMS CE. You can view a complete list of your credits here.
